Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System is happy to partner with Tia's Corner to provide a grief support group for children dealing with the loss of a loved one, divorce, or moving to a new city or school.

The Richmond County Marshal's Office hosts a Fan Drive to help senior citizens beat the heat. Donate a new boxed fan to keep them cool throughout the summer. Please support the Augusta Fire Department's fundraising efforts for the Burn Foundation of America! The Department, along with the Burn Foundation, is organizing a fundraiser this Thursday through Saturday (May 25-27), and donation locations will be set up throughout the city, including the Augusta Mall from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. and Wal-Mart on Wrightsboro Road from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. All donations collected will go directly towards providing essential patient services at the Burn Foundation of America in Augusta, Georgia.
