1. What is the Augusta Cyber & Drone Camp?

The Augusta Cyber & Drone Camp is a fun, innovative and hands-on way for a child to explore the fields of Cyber Security and Drones. Students who attend should demonstrate skills in math and science, with an additional interest in STEM and computers.

2. When is the Augusta Cyber & Drone Camp?

The Augusta Cyber & Drone Camp is broken down into three sessions. Each sessions runs for 1 week.

Session 1 - June 13, 2023 - June 16, 2023
Session 2 - June 27, 2023 - June 30, 2023
Session 3 - July 11, 2023 - July 14, 2023 

The camp is free to all accepted students and spaces are limited to 24 students per session.  Students are selected by a random process.

3. Where will the Augusta Cyber & Drone Camp be held?

Each camp will be held at the Augusta Municipal Building, located at 535 Telfair Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901.

Camp hours are 9am-4pm M-F with early drop-off beginning at 8:00am and late pickup by 5:30pm.

Selected applicants will be provided a tee shirt at no cost.

Each child MUST bring their own lunch. Two snacks will be provided daily.

4. What is the criteria for eligibility for the Augusta Cyber & Drone Camp?

The Augusta Cyber & Drone Camp is open to rising 6^th grade students through 8^th grade students who are residents of Richmond County.

7. When will I be notified if I have been accepted into the Augusta Cyber & Drone Camp?

Important Dates:
Registration is open from 5/2/2023 to 5/19/2023.  Parents will be notified by 5/26/2023 if their child was randomly chosen for a class.
