Am I required to submit the SAVE form every year?
If anyone is seeking a public benefit from a county where they have previously submitted a SAVE affidavit and a secure and verifiable document and they are a US citizen, then they are not required to resubmit these documents. With businesses, this would be the case until the ownership changed. If they are not a US citizen, they will have to resubmit both each year.
