What time are you open to take complaints, retrieve pets and/or adoptions.
  • AAS receives telephone complaints, Monday through Friday from 08:30 am until 5:00 pm.
  • AAS is open to the public, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am until 5:00 pm, Saturday, from 12:00 pm until 5:00 pm for adoptions, reclaiming lost pets, owners surrendering pets, and turning in strays.
  • Offsite adoption events are normally held Saturday from 11:00am – 4:00pm at PetSmart on Robert C. Daniel Jr. Parkway.
