How is property acquired by the AGLBA?
Property may be acquired in the following ways:

a. Property may be purchased from a tax delinquent owner or developer;
b. Property may be donated by a property owner;
c. Property may be conveyed by Augusta-Richmond County in connection with a tax foreclosure; or
d. The ALGBA may request a judicial foreclosure on the property and then bid on the property at the foreclosure.
