The Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System has partnered with the Augusta Judicial Circuit District Attorney’s Office, the Richmond County Solicitor General’s Office, the Burke County Solicitor General’s Office, and the Georgia Justice Project for the launch of the Augusta Second Chance Desk, a criminal record expungement program. Attorneys will be present at the Augusta Public Library to provide free consultations and assistance with submitting applications and motions to restrict and seal (expunge) eligible arrests.
