Augusta 311 COVID-19 Information Line:

The City of Augusta is partnering with the Georgia Department of Health to make sure our citizen's concerns about COVID-19 are taken care of.

The State of Georgia has declared a state of emergency in light ofthe novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

The East Central Health District, Department of Public Health and Augusta 311 have set up a hotline for members of the public and the business community seeking guidance on how they can help in limiting the spread of the pandemic.

For those with symptoms, or general questions about the disease, how to self-quarantine, or questions about symptoms, call 311. Operators will transfer callers to medical professionals for advice. The hotline hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., 5 days a week.
