Near completion of the subdivision development, a punch list will be provided to the owner detailing the deficiencies needing completion
The owner will submit a Final Plat, Deed of Dedication, and Maintenance Agreement to the Planning and Zoning Commission at the completion of the Punch List.
After receiving the Final Plat, Deed of Dedication, and Maintenance Agreement, the County Engineer’s office will conduct a Final Inspection. If there are no deficiencies, the Final Plat is approved by this office and routed back to the Planning Commission. If deficiencies still exist, the Final will be disapproved by this office and routed back to the Planning and Zoning Commission.

Engineering Services Committee Agenda
Once the Planning Commission approves the Final Plat, it automatically is added to the Engineering Services Committee’s Agenda, which convenes on the second and last Mondays of each month.
Once the Engineering Services Committee approves the Final Plat, it is automatically added to the full Commission’s Agenda, which convenes on the first and third Tuesdays of each month.
Deed of Dedication and Maintenance Agreement
