Where to Send Vendor Change Requests


If you are already a vendor doing business with the City of Augusta and need to make changes to your vendor information (i.e. address changes, add or delete commodity class / subclass), please send changes by fax to (706) 821-2811 or by mail to the:

Information to Include with Requests


Include with the requested change(s) your:
  • Business name
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Vendor ID number (FEIN number)
  • If you are sending your request by fax, please use a business letterhead
