Citizens wishing to submit an agenda item or appear before the Augusta Commission or any of the Commission committees are asked to use the Agenda Item Request Form in order to expedite the process of placing their item on the correct agenda.
Requests may be mailed, faxed, emailed, or delivered in person and must be received in the Clerk of Commission’s Office no later than 9:00 am on the Thursday preceding the Commission or Committee meeting of the following week.
A five-minute time limit will be allowed for presentations. Commission meetings are held on the first and third Tuesdays of each month at 2:00 pm. Committee meetings are held on the second and last Tuesdays of each month beginning at 1:00 pm.
