Regular Classes
We offer medium- to high-intensity water exercise classes. Aqua Fitness uses the Hydro-Fit equipment and is a great class for the totally fit person wanting a change from land exercises. No swimming ability is required.

Senior Aqua Fitness
Senior Aqua Fitness is designed for older adults who may have limited mobility or other concerns. This is a very good class for those recovering from surgery or beginning a new fitness program.

*Classes will be canceled when lightning is visible. Every attempt will be made to contact registered participants of cancellations. Please make sure we have a telephone number where you can be reached.
Fees
Participant Responsibilities
- Arrive 15 minutes prior to each class - This will allow enough time to change and shower before the class begins
- Sign in at the front desk upon arrival
- Wear proper swim attire during class
- Bring your own towels - Towels are not provided by the Aquatics Center
