Triennial DBE Goal Methodology, FAA FY 2024-2026
Triennial and Goal-Setting Methodology Report
In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45(g), Augusta, Georgia has established a proposed Triennial Overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal and Methodology on its Federal Aviation Administration assisted contracts at the Daniel Filed Airport for Federal Fiscal Years 2024 – 2026. The proposed overall three-year goal for all FAA-AIP funded projects FY 2024 – 2026 is 7.81%. The proposed goal for all FAA-AIP funded projects for FY 2024 is 8.19% and for FY 2025 is 8.02%. The proposed goal for all FAA-AIP funded projects for FY 2024 is 8.19% and for FY 2026 is 7.23%. The methodology by which these goals were established was derived by analyzing DBE utilization on past, current, and future contracts in the local market area and by analyzing DBE data available from the Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Uniform Certification Program (UCP) Directory, US Census Bureau, the Augusta, Georgia general vendor list, and area business consultations.
Augusta, Georgia is soliciting the public to submit comments regarding the proposed goal.
The methodology used to derive this proposed goal is available for public review and comment for a period of 30 calendar days from October 30 to November 30, 2023. It may be reviewed in person from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the following locations;
