Triennial and Goal-Setting Methodology Report

In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45(g), Augusta, Georgia has established a proposed Triennial Overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal and Methodology on its Federal Aviation Administration assisted contracts at the Daniel Filed Airport for Federal Fiscal Years 2021 – 2023.  Development of a DBE goal was not required for FY 2021. The proposed overall three-year goal for all FAA-AIP funded projects FY 2021 – 2023 is 8.48%.  The proposed goal for all FAA-AIP funded projects for FY 2021 is 0% and for FY 2022 is 0%.  The methodology by which these goals were established was derived by analyzing DBE utilization on past, current, and future contracts in the local market area and by analyzing DBE data available from the Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Uniform Certification Program (UCP) Directory, US Census Bureau, the Augusta, Georgia general vendor list, and area business consultations.  

Augusta, Georgia is soliciting the public to submit comments regarding the proposed goal.

The methodology used to derive this proposed goal is available for public review and comment for a period of 30 calendar days from November 20 to December 20, 2022. It may be reviewed in person from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday at the following locations;
