Public Information Manager Danielle Hayes

Danielle Hayes is an accomplished public relations expert with over a decade of experience in executive and corporate communications, managing communication strategies, successfully developing lasting relationships with key stakeholders, and organizing and executing high-stakes events. Additionally, she’s a respected educator, author, and speaker dedicated to helping organizations leverage their reputation and experts with the community.

Danielle has served as a presenter at numerous national marketing and communications conferences, and her advice has helped organizations master industry tips on navigating reputational setbacks as well as positioning their experts with national and international media outlets.

A native of Augusta, Georgia, Danielle was named among Augusta University’s Jag20, a group of emerging alumni leaders under 40 who have made a significant impact in their career, community, and the university. 

Danielle earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Augusta University, and received a certification in leadership communications from Harvard Extension School at Harvard University. Additionally, she received her certification as a personal development coach from the Coaching and Positive Psychology Institute, an affiliate of the International Coach Federation.
