Triennial DBE Goal Methodology, FTA FY 2021-2023
In accordance with 49 CFR Part 26.45(g), Augusta, Georgia has established a proposed Triennial Overall Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Goal and Methodology on its Federal Transit Administration assisted contracts for Federal Fiscal Years 2021 – 2023. The Proposed goal of 5.64% was derived by analyzing DBE utilization on past, current, and future contracts in the local market area and by analyzing DBE data available from the Georgia Department of Transportation’s (GDOT) Uniform Certification Program (UCP) Directory, US Census Bureau, the Augusta, Georgia general vendor list, and area business consultations. The proposed DBE goal will adhere entirely to race and gender neutral measures. Augusta, Georgia is soliciting the public to submit comments regarding the proposed goal.
The methodology used to derive this proposed goal is available for public review and comment for a period of 30 calendar days from July 31 to August 31, 2020. It may be reviewed in person by appointment only due to COVID-19 procedures from 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday at the following locations:

Augusta, Georgia will accept comments until 5:00 p.m. on August 31, 2020 or comments may be mailed to the Office of Civil Rights, Federal Transit Administration at the address below:
