ROW Encroachment Permit (all activities except driveways and utilities )  Aug 2020

This graphic link will provide you with access to the ROW Encroachment Permit form that will be used for all ROW encroachments that are not driveways and utilities. Examples include:  Downtown sidewalk encroachment, landscaping inside the ROW, subdivision signs, etc.  This form should be submitted to P&D along with a $25 fee (the $25 fee includes one inspection).

The existing ROW Encroachment Form should now be titled ROW Encroachment Form (Utilities).
