The Real Estate Division of the Central Services Department is responsible for managing the acquisition and liquidation of Augusta, Georgia real estate. The Property Purchase Request form is available for use by citizens interested in property owned by the Augusta-Richmond County consolidated governing body. All completed requests are forwarded to various departments for their individual review and assessment for future property need. Once received all requests are distributed for assessment the first Monday of each month, this process takes an estimated 45 days. Upon completion of this process an e-mail communication with the final determination of this review will be sent to the requester based on the contact information provided on the purchase request.
