A list of projects being funded with Stormwater fees will be posted to this page after the beginning of the fee collection. It is the intent of the Stormwater Utility to be transparent and accountable in regard to the use of the fees.

Some projects that are expected to be part of the Stormwater Utility program are listed below, but this list will be refined and enhanced.
  • Downtown street and drainage improvements
  • East Augusta roadway and drainage improvements (8 phases)
  • Hyde Park Street and drainage improvements and Wilkerson Gardens improvements
  • Old Savannah Road street and drainage improvements
  • Forest Hill drainage improvements and flood reduction
  • Heirs Pond, Lake Aumond dredging and restoration
  • Walton Farms Subdivision drainage
  • Rocky Creek flood hazard mitigation
  • Milledgeville Road widening (north Leg to Barton Chapel Road)
  • Dover-Lyman Street road and drainage improvements
  • Dennis Road widening and drainage improvements
  • National Hill area street and drainage improvements
  • Old Waynesboro and Goshen drainage

Maintenance

Maps and data associated with stormwater-related calls for assistance and repairs will also be posted on this page, so that citizens can see in near-real-time where the Stormwater Utility is actively working to maintain and improve Augusta's stormwater infrastructure.
