Self Evaluation and Transition Plan (SETP)

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self Evaluation and Transition Plan (SETP) for the City of Augusta is an evaluation of Augusta, Georgia’s Public Right-of-Way including sidewalks, cross-walks, and bus stops.  The SETP is a living document that implements the self-evaluation requirements set forth in Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.   Complementary ADA Self-Evaluation and Transition Plans are in progress.
