Paratransit Van Service
This Paratransit curb-to-curb Van Service is available to qualifying persons with permanent or temporary disabilities.

To qualify for paratransit services, please fill out the Paratransit Application. The first part of the application is for the applicant and the second part is for a health care professional. All applicants must ensure that they understand the User Guidelines for riding with the Paratransit Service. The last page of the User Guidelines must be signed, dated, and returned with the application. Please return the application to the ADA Office at the address above.Paratransit for Visitors
If you are visiting or working in Augusta and eligible for Paratransit in your home county, you are eligible for Paratransit in other counties and states, but must provide proof of your eligibility before scheduling a ride. See the Paratransit User Guide for more information.
ADA Transit Complaint Procedures
To resolve ADA Transit complaints, please contact the Augusta Transit ADA office at 706-821-1721. We will make every effort to address and investigate the issue. In addition, you may contact 311 to report the complaint to the City of Augusta.
