ADA Paratransit Van Service
The Paratransit curb-to-curb Van Service is available to qualifying persons with permanent or temporary disabilities.
How to register?
To qualify for paratransit service, please fill out the ADA Paratransit Application. Part A & B of the application is for the applicant and Part C is for the applicant licensed healthcare professional to complete to confirm the applicant disability. Please return the completed application to the ADA Office at the address listed below. In addition, all applicants must ensure that they understand the ADA Paratransit User Guidelines Booklet rules before riding the Paratransit.
ADA Paratransit for Visitors
If you are visiting or working in Augusta and eligible for Paratransit in your home county, you are eligible for Paratransit in other counties and states, but must provide proof of your eligibility before scheduling a ride. For more information, please contact the ADA Paratransit Office prior to your visit.
ADA Paratransit Complaint Procedures
To resolve ADA Transit complaints, please contact the Augusta Transit ADA office at 706-821-1721. We will make every effort to address and investigate the issue. In addition, you may contact 311 to report the complaint to the City of Augusta.
