Overview

Code Enforcement is responsible for administering and enforcing the Codes and Ordinances pertaining to the following:

• Environmental Issues
• International Property Maintenance Code & Minimum Housing Code 
  
• Public Nuisance Ordinance and State Nuisance Abatement
• Scrap Tires (residential and commercial)
• Zoning Ordinance

Other enforced local codes may include biological waste dumping, soil and erosion problems, inert landfills, and illegal dumpsites.
