Description of Duties
This sub-section conducts inspections of private site developments for compliance with applicable Augusta Standards and Specifications. The private site developments are inspected for general compliance with the approved site plan, but the verification of development completeness is the responsibility of the owner.
An owner certification is required for all site developments, and the Certificate of Occupancy for facilities located on developed land shall not be issued until this certification is obtained by the Department of License and Inspection.
