Employee of the Month Nomination

Thinking of nominating someone for employee of the month? The following are the guidelines for a nomination along with the form.

Any full time or year round part time employee can be nominated for the award
Any full time or year round part time employee can make the nomination.
Nomination forms are to be sent to Room 806 / Attention: Employee Recogition Committee
Nominations must be received by the 5th of each month.
Nomination forms are available on the City of Augusta web site and from committee members.

If you have any questions concerning the changes you may contact any of the committee members.
