All Proclamation requests should be submitted in writing to Natasha McFarley (nmcfarley@augustaga.gov or fax to 706 821-1835) at least two weeks prior to the date needed. All proclamations are subject to the Mayor’s approval. Family Reunions, Conventions, and Special Events asking for a Welcome Letter from the Mayor should contact Jennifer Bowen at the Augusta Convention and Visitors Bureau at 706 823-6600 or jbowen@augustaGA.org.
