We will gladly assist you with a criminal history background check through the State of Georgia only. A more detailed background check would require you to obtain fingerprint cards for submission.

Please be prepared to have a government-issued picture ID and your original Social Security card. If your Social Security card is unavailable, please go to the Social Security Office to obtain this information before requesting a background check.

Criminal history background checks are $10 per check, cash only. The service is normally performed while you wait, providing the state computer system is online.

We will gladly supply you with a copy of the incident reports we have on file. Sensitive information is redacted as required by law. There is a minimal fee of $0.25 per page.

You will be required to fill out a statement of need form, and you will need a picture ID when acquiring a copy of an accident report. This is due to Georgia State Law O.C.G.A 50-18-72.
