The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Training Center (RCSOTC) is a 500-acre facility located on US Hwy 1 in Augusta-Richmond County, Georgia. In 1987, Retired Sheriff Charles Webster and Captain Ray Myers created the idea of the Training Center and began the progressive development.

The primary purpose of the site is to give deputies of the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office and other agency's the highest quality of law enforcement training available. The training center conducts or hosts training courses 50 weeks a year.

In-Service training is available 12 months a year, broken down into 13 four-hour classes. The RCSO training division is under the direct supervision of Captain Jack Francisco. His staff includes eight members with a combined total of 143 years of law enforcement experience.
