The Franke Pavilion, Covered Picnic Pavilion, Touch and Smell Garden, Blue Garden with gazebo, and the Hydrangea Garden with Pergola are available for reasonable rental fees.

Family reunions, church and civic get-togethers, weddings, birthdays, and other celebrations are regularly held in the park.
