2010-2013 Transportation Improvement Program
The Public is invited to review and comment on the Draft FY 2010-2013 Transportation Improvement Program:
(TIP) summary for the Augusta Regional Transportation Study (ARTS). The TIP includes all road, bridge, transit, road related drainage and enhancement projects which receive 80% or more funding from federal and/or state sources.
The draft TIP is available for review and comment from September 7, 2009 – October 7, 2009 during the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday - Friday at the following locations:
- In Richmond County - Augusta-Richmond County Planning Commission, 525 Telfair Street, Augusta, Georgia (706) 821-1796.
- In Columbia County - Columbia County Planning and Development Services Division, 630 Ronald Reagan Drive, Evans, Georgia (706) 868-3400.

Invitiation to Comment on Transportation Projects
The public is invited to review and comment on the draft FY 2010 - 2013 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) for the Augusta Regional Transportation Study (ARTS) during three public information meetings (dates and times listed below). The ARTS area covers the urbanized portions of Richmond and Columbia County, GA and Aiken and Edgefield County, SC. The TIP includes federally-financed transportation projects (road, bridge, transit, bike/pedestrian, and enhancement) scheduled to be implemented over the next four to six years in the ARTS area.
