Registration

Registration is required prior to program attendance. Registration may be accepted after the program begins; however, fees are not prorated. In some instances late fees and non resident fees are required. Please contact the program coordinator at the facility of your choice for further instructions.

Refund Policy

Total refunds will be given without question prior to the start of the program. After the program has started, a refund will be given only for medical or unavoidable circumstances. After authorization, a check will be issued as soon as possible so that there is a minimum of inconvenience to our patrons. Once a program begins, no refunds will be given.

Sufficient Enrollment

Formation of classes depends upon sufficient enrollment and facility availability. The department reserves the right to cancel, change the date, time or location of classes; change instructors; or make other revisions deemed as necessary. Activities postponed due to inclement weather or absence of instructor will be made up at the earliest convenience of the instructor and the participant.

Check Policy

Make all checks payable to the Augusta Recreation and Parks Department. A $25 service charge will be assessed by the city of Augusta for all checks returned by the bank.

Minimum Age

Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult 18 or over when visiting one of the Recreation and Park facilities.
