Overview
Welcome to the Homepage for Probate Court of Richmond County, Georgia. Our offices and the courtroom are located on the fourth floor in the County Municipal Building, located on Greene Street. The Probate Court Offices are open Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) from 8:30 o’clock a.m. to 5:00 o’clock p.m.
The Probate Court Judge is a constitutional officer elected by the citizens of Richmond County and serves a four-year term. The Honorable Isaac S. Jolles is the present Probate Court Judge and has served in that capacity since September, 1998.
