Community Needs Assessment Survey

The Housing & Community Development Department on behalf of the City would like to know what your needs are so we can determine how to budget Federal funds to be received by the City for Year 2009. Please let us know what you feel are the two most important needs in your community by completing the survey below.

Listed below are some examples of the types of projects and services which can be funded with federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships (HOME), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) funds.
