The Department of Recreation, Parks and Facilities is comprised of four units:
The Office of the Director, Augusta Recreation, Augusta Parks and Augusta Facilities.

The Department serves our community under the leadership of H. Glenn Parker, The Office of the Director which houses the Business Office, Planning, Development and Asset Management and Workplace Heath, Safety and Training. 

Augusta Recreation is responsible for the development and management of Youth and Adult Athletics, Waterfront and Aquatics, Community Recreation Programming, Special Events Office, Senior Adult Programming and Facility Rental Management.

Augusta Parks is responsible for Landscape, Grounds and Turf Management, Special Event Venues, Regional Parks and Cemetery Operations.

Augusta Facilities is responsible for Facility Maintenance and Management of all Municipal Buildings and In-House Construction Management.
