Self Evaluation and Transition Plan (SETP)

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self Evaluation and Transition Plan (SETP) for the City of Augusta is a focused effort to address the City’s transportation related policies, rules and regulations as they relate to the guidelines set forth in Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. This SETP specifically targets the City of Augusta’s rules and policies, and physical features (sidewalks, cross-walks, bus stops, etc.) that are within the public Right-of-Way.

This Section will focus on activities related to this plan and provide a place for the public to find and provide feedback to information regarding the Augusta ADA Self Evaluation and Transition Plan.
