311 Mobile Apps

Augusta 311's mobile app provides citizens, businesses, and visitors with a way to submit a request to 311 using a mobile device.  Using the app is as simple as 1,2,3:  Start by selecting a request type by clicking on an icon, add a snapshot of the complaint using your mobile phone if you wish, and then finish by answering simple questions that ensure that the request is delivered to the appropriate department for resolution.  The app allows you to check requests that you previously submitted as well as other recent entries submitted throughout Augusta.  When it comes to reporting potholes, water leaks, graffiti, barking dogs, or downed trees, Augusta has an app for that!
