This program is designed to improve leadership effectiveness by developing the knowledge, skills, and abilities of Augusta employees, creating an Emerging Leaders/Succession Planning Program for the City of Augusta.
"First Line Manager Certification"
The objective of this class is to enhance the leadership skills of first line managers/supervisors in order to provide them with an organizational perspective and an opportunity to explore topics that are relevant to their future and the success of Augusta government. View the 2017 Flyer here.
Limited to 30 students
12 month program consisting of 7.5 hour sessions
Classes will be held every 3rd Wednesday of the month beginning January 18, 2017
All class material will be provided
There is no cost to employees
Limited to supervisors only
Must supervise one or more employees
Must have Director's approval
